Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of CustomChat at customchat.pro (the "Store"), operated by CAPTAIN WORKS LTD, Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD ("we", "us"). By using the Store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

What the Store is

The Store is a catalog of apps and AI agents. Most products are created and maintained by independent builders. We review products before they are listed, but the builder of a product is responsible for how it works and for the content it produces.

Using the Store

You may browse the Store and open the products listed in it for your personal or business use. You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others while using the Store or its products;
  • attempt to disrupt the Store, probe it for vulnerabilities or access it with automated tools in a way that burdens our servers;
  • copy, resell or republish the Store's content or a product without the permission of its owner;
  • use a product to create or distribute harmful, deceptive or unlawful content.

AI agents

AI agents generate their answers automatically. The answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important information yourself and do not rely on an agent for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Third-party products

When you open an app hosted by a builder, you leave our service and use the builder's product under the builder's terms. We are not a party to your relationship with the builder, except where we explicitly sell the product ourselves.

Purchases and refunds

Some products are paid. Prices and billing periods are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by payment providers. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Store, its design and its texts belong to us or to our licensors. Products, their names and their materials belong to their builders. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you.

Availability

We work to keep the Store available, but we do not guarantee that it or any product will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove the Store or a product at any time.

Liability

The Store is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the Store or of a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that the law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page. If you keep using the Store after that, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales; if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
